Treatment Plans
5 session Treatment packages are only available after your initial session.

Each session is focused on your acupuncture treatment plan, but if it’s beneficial I may also include moxibustion, Gua sha or infrared therapy. This is included in the session price.

If in rare circumstances, I do not feel that the treatments are benefiting the client, I will discuss other options with you and may suggest referrals to practitioners better suited to your needs.

Cancellation Policy
I require 24 hour notice for cancellation of appointments.
Appointments cancelled under 24hrs will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
No shows for appointments will incur full payment of the session.

Frequent Rescheduling
My clinic has a limited number of appointment slots available. Therefore, it is not a good fit for clients who need to frequently reschedule appointments already made. If this is an ongoing issue, I will likely decide that a referral to another practitioner with greater availability may better serve you.

Please arrive on time to your appointment

If you are late for your appointment, I’ll try my best to accommodate but I may be unable to allow your treatment to run over into the next persons appointment time. For this reason your appointment will still end on scheduled time, which may reduce your overall treatment time.
